Heirlooms, Bottles, etc.
What is the Vendor?
The Vendor is an NPC located in spawn and sells limited items (such as the V9 tag).
To get to The Vendor, use /warp Vendor
What are the items?
The current items are:
Ominous Heirlooms - An unidentifiable item (tier ranges from Common -> Legendary)
Decrypting Rune - Used to identify Ominous Heirlooms, drag+drop onto Omnious Heirlooms to apply
Artifact - Effects you can add to your gear to give you boosts and hurt your enemies!
Ancient Ornament - The main ingredient for The Vendor, required for most items and can get you a Random Heirloom (trade at The Vendor).
Bottle of Sin - Another ingredient for The Vendor, required for a few items.
Bottle of Wrath - Another ingredient for The Vendor, required for a few items.
Bottle of Worship - Another ingredient for The Vendor, required for a few items.
Scrap (All Tiers) - Another ingredient for The Vendor, required for a few items.
Legendary Catalyst - No longer used, trade this for a Legendary Scrap at The Vendor.
The following items are obtainable from The Demon Tower's Artisan Crate
Armour Upgrade Item - Adds +0.25 to your armour (applies to: Armour)
Damage Upgrade Item - Adds +0.25 to the items damage (applies to: Sword, Axes)
Health Upgrade Item - Adds +0.25 health to your armour (applies to: Armour)
Knockback Resistance Upgrade Item - Adds +0.1 knockback resistance to your armour (applies to: Armour)
Speed Upgrade Item - Adds +0.25% speed to your armour (applies to: Armour)
Toughness Upgrade Item - Adds +0.1 toughness to your armour (applies to: Armour)

To use these items, you put your armour piece plus the upgrade item into a Smithing Table.
Can you upgrade Heirlooms?
Yes you can! 
You can upgrade them by using The Vendor.
Can you buy Heirlooms with Ancient Ornaments?
Yes you can!
You can purchase them by using The Vendor.
How do you obtain the items?
Decrypting Rune - Killing Vanilla Mobs, Lucky Blocks, Crates, The Vendor.
Artifacts - The Vendor, Vote, Immortal, Mystical & Mango Crates.
Ancient Ornament - Vote, Immortal, Mystical & Mango Crates.
Bottle of Sin - Killing Vanilla Mobs, Lucky Blocks, Crates.
Bottle of Wrath - Killing Vanilla Mobs, Lucky Blocks, Crates.
Bottle of Worship - Killing Custom Mobs.
Scrap (All Tiers) - Exchanged for Heirlooms.
Legendary Catalyst - No longer obtainable.
Tiered Items (Heirlooms)
All hostile mobs (vanilla & custom mobs) have a percentage chance to drop tiered heirlooms.
You can also obtain them from crates, upgrading lower tiered ones and purchasing them with Ancient Ornaments.
Artifacts
Artifacts require a [Slot] on an heirloom, pictured below.
To apply an Artifact, have it selected with your inventory open, and right-click it on the piece it applies to. It will say in the lore of the Artifact what it applies to. Slots look like the screenshot below:

Harden I - Boosts defense for 0.5s when hit
Harden II - Boosts defense for 1.0s when hit
Harden III - Boosts defense for 1.5s when hit
Harden IV - Boosts defense for 2.0s when hit

Frost I - Slows enemies for 0.5s when hit
Frost II - Slows enemies for 1.0s when hit
Frost III - Slows enemies for 1.5s when hit
Frost IV - Slows enemies for 2.0s when hit

Needles I - Poisons enemies for 0.5s when hit
Needles II - Poisons enemies for 1.0s when hit
Needles III - Poisons enemies for 1.5s when hit
Needles IV - Poisons enemies for 2.0s when hit

Spikes I - Withers enemies for 0.5s when hit
Spikes II - Withers enemies for 1.0s when hit
Spikes III - Withers enemies for 1.5s when hit
Spikes IV - Withers enemies for 2.0s when hit

Sparkly I - Makes enemies sparkle for 1.0s on hit

Chill I - Slows enemies for 1.0s on hit
Chill II - Slows enemies for 2.0s on hit
Chill III - Slows enemies for 3.0s on hit
Chill IV - Slows enemies for 4.0s on hit

Weaken I - Weakens enemies for 1.0s on hit
Weaken II - Weakens enemies for 2.0s on hit
Weaken III - Weakens enemies for 3.0s on hit
Weaken IV - Weakens enemies for 4.0s on hit

Confusion I - Disorients players for 5.0s on hit
Confusion II - Disorients players for 10.0s on hit
Confusion III - Disorients players for 15.0s on hit
Confusion IV - Disorients players for 20.0s on hit

Poison I - Poisons enemies for 1.0s on hit
Poison II - Poisons enemies for 2.0s on hit
Poison III - Poisons enemies for 3.0s on hit
Poison IV - Poisons enemies for 4.0s on hit

Wither I - Withers enemies for 1.0s on hit
Wither II - Withers enemies for 2.0s on hit
Wither III - Withers enemies for 3.0s on hit
Wither IV - Withers enemies for 4.0s on hit

Adrenaline I - Grants speed for 1.0s on hit
Adrenaline II - Grants speed for 2.0s on hit
Adrenaline III - Grants speed for 3.0s on hit
Adrenaline IV - Grants speed for 4.0s on hit

Torment I - Has a change to apply wither effect in a radius of 3 blocks for 1.5s on hit.
Torment II - Applies wither effect in a radius of 3 blocks for 1.5s on hit
